Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Telecom/ISP domain
Candidate must have 4-5 years of people management experience
Work closely with enterprise customer, account manager, technical program management team and assurance to meet the customer expectations on delivery milestones
Periodic update to customer is key activity/responsibility
Define project tasks and resource requirements and track project deliverables
Constantly monitor and report on project progress and status to all stakeholders     
Verification/Creation of project plans and ensuring changes completes successfully as per the agreed project plan                        
Good understanding and Knowledge in telco products
Experience in managing international customer for change management life cycle
Experience in Validation and inventory build & scheduling an engineer for service change request
Hands on experience in CRM tools like Amdocs AO, Clarify & SOM. Ticketing tools like Remedy and OFSC
Strong Verbal and written communications skills
A good team player & good Customer experience /satisfaction
