Manager - Product India IoT Solutions

Broad outline of the Role

• Responsible for driving all service development and IT automation initiatives for product launch/process improvement and product improvement. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results for the product.

Minimum qualification & experience

• Technical/ Engineering degree with 12+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

•    Work on R&D projects.
•    Collaborate with clients & internal teams to understand product requirements.
•    Team up with Network & Hardware engineers, Design houses to undertake R&D for designing a solution & drawing out Firmware specifications.
•    Take up overall firmware design of the product with specific focus on creative development of products. This includes design of firmware architecture & version control.
•    Investigate, analyse, review, & enhance design/functionality of existing IoT & Embedded products.
•    Plan effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time, to standard & to budget.
 

Technical Competencies

•    Strong Skills backed by more than 12 years working experience in: - 
o    Embedded systems programming & debugging [C & C++].
o    Low power firmware architecture for wireless products.
o    RF technologies like LoRa, BLE, WIFI, GPS, 4G/5G etc. 
o    MCU platforms / Chipsets / Modules of ST electronics, Murata, Nordic, Semtech.
o    MCU internal peripherals like GPIO, Timer, UART, ADC, DAC, I2C, SPI, PWM, Interrupts etc.
o    MCU external peripherals like sensors, EEPROMS, Flash, NVRAM, Lux sensors, ASICs etc.
o    DevOps.
o    Version Control.
•    Skilled backed by experience in: -
o    RTOS based firmware development.
o    RS232, RS485 and USB interfaces.
o    Collaborating with systems & solutions experts.
o    MCU families of Renesas, Silicon Labs, Texas Instruments etc.
•    Knowledgeable on: -
o    LoRaWAN solutions.
o    Mesh Networks.
o    IoT applications. 
o    Stack for RF technologies like LoRa, BLE, WIFI, GPS, 4G/5G etc would be appreciated 
o    Testing with General Purpose Test Equipment like DSO, Signal generators, Multimeters, Current sensors, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer etc.
•    Document Management including SRS, HLD, LLD, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.
