Purpose - Broad objective of the role

Provide leadership and direction for Network and Security engineering team for Data Centre services business, working with peer engineering teams, product teams to foster innovation, create a network and security engineering team and culture that embraces, explores and expands on ideas while creating large scale enterprise class solutions, implement a pluggable platform architecture for delivery of services; and introduce new technologies in the areas of Security, Cloud, Software Defined Networking for DC Infrastructure including leveraging Open Source systems and New Age technologies. The objective of this being revenue growth, market competitiveness, operational efficiency and positioning company as a leader in the Data Centre Services space

Minimum qualification & experience

12-15 years of experience in building and rolling out data centre services leveraging if possible across multiple technologies, having managed a technical teams with 4-5 years experience in network and security architecture and solution building

Other knowledge/skills

Process awareness ITIL, People management, Customer orientation, Sound understanding of cross functional needs of other domains
