This role involves working with the Product Head and Functional Heads for conceptualizing, developing and taking to market cutting edge digital products to drive growth and meet organizational long-term objectives

• Knowledge and experience of product management best practice & methodologies.
• Experience solving business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and providing practical business insights from data.
• Ability to deep-dive into a problem, very high degree of ownership and bias for action required
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross functional environment; sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule.
Desirable Attributes
- Strong stakeholder management experience: ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
- Knowledge and experience of software development methodologies and processes.
- Proven success of having managed a complex product that led to the delivery of significant value to your stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with stakeholders to formulate the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product and execute it well by delivering high quality customer experiences that solve real customer problems.
• Understanding of product market fit and the iterative process to creating products (minimum viable product, minimum marketable product etc.)
• Go to person for a given product area – you know the product inside and out so can champion its features.
• Effectively document and explain new requirements to the development teams using user stories, personas, and acceptance
• Steer sprint/release planning sessions by working with colleagues to plan sprints/releases that deliver maximum business value in least effort.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• GTM enablement including collateral creation, pricing, channel management
