Assistant Manager - Global IP and Ethernet Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Vulnerability assessments of Network devices and applications using various open source tools
2. To carry out secure code reviews and to find out critical security flaws in the code
3. To support respective infra leads for seamless internal Network Audit review process and support in innovative KPI trend analysis
4. Monitor security engineering KPI parameters relevant to Infra security for underlay & overlay networks.
5. To prepare and release the vendor vulnerability and threat advisory report to relevant stakeholders monthly.
6. Prepare IPVAN and Network Audit Reports to support respective Infra security leads
7. Prepare technical presentations and writing technical service description with the directions of solution architects
8. To support new avenues of automation project for various internal and external projects
9. To support respective infra leads to improve the overall anti-DDoS solution in terms of people, process and technology
10. To support respective solution architects to develop use cases most useful and relevant for the purpose of customer demonstrations.
11. To support develop documentation such as Technical Service Description which clearly elucidate the technical workings of solutions.
12. To support respective product SPOCs to prepare white-papers on new and complex technology as and when required.

Technical competencies:

1. Basic IP Network security conceptual understanding
2. Understanding on OWASP TOP 10, VAPT
3. WAZUH SIEM tool hands-on
4. Decoder and use case development on Wazuh.
5. Good knowledge and hands-on SIEM tool.
6. Basic understanding of cloud and related technologies
7. Good understanding of Cybersecurity & Information security practical exposure
8. Efficient in technical documentation and process understanding.
9. Hand-on Pen-testing.
10. Basic understanding of Project management – Agile, business process understanding
11. Adaptable to techno-process environment
