Responsible for planning for new product/service roll out or enhancement of existing offerings, operations and maintenance in Managed Hosting, Data Centre, Managed Security Services, Infrastructure Managed Services in consultation with the Products, Sales and Engineering teams with the objective of delivering effective solutions to meet customer requirements; minimizing cost of service operations by driving efficiency, scalability, quality and consistency, smooth implementation and minimum downtime of infrastructure. Discuss customer requirement, feasibility and operational aspect of proposed solution and service schedules with Sales Engineering team and analyze internal technical capability to delivery solution. The team conducts financial planning, designs solutions as per customer requirements, drives product engineering, delivery and customer lifecycle management. Develops solution frameworks, methodology and solutioning to drive standardization of repeat solutioning to ensure reduction in operational cost. Also prepares plan for integration with existing platforms and processes, identifies technology partners and outsourced partners for implementation and roll out of product/service, defines service realization and SOPs for Service Delivery and resolves escalated issues. Drive technical deployment planning and implementation including installation of operating system, provisioning, network configuration etc. and monitor implementation success.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

•    Knowledge on telecom products/services like Wireless, IP services & Fixed etc
•    Expected knowledge in GIS Tools MicroStation, Small world PNI 5.1, QGIS and ArcGIS
•    Design experience in FTTB and Augmenting the existing element
•    Experience in data migration from existing tool to GIS PlatformIn-depth understanding of telecom standards & protocols
•    Experience in end-to-end service design tasks in Customer, Core and Access network design  
•    Expected knowledge in GIS Tools MicroStation, Smallworld PNI 5.1, QGIS and ArcGIS
•    Design experience in FTTB and Augmenting the existing element
•    Experience in data migration from existing tool to GIS Platform
•    Excellent math, organization, and time management skills
•    Customer service experience with superior phone skills
•    Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based environment
•    Coordinate between multiple teams (Suppliers, Vendors, Internal Teams) End to end service design for customer
•    Exposure to International client facing functions

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience:-

•    Graduate Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunications)
•    10+ Years of experience in telecom service delivery across Wireless and Fixed domain
•    Good understanding of telecom standards & protocols – Telecom Testing (VOIP), RF Installation and Testing Knowledge
•    4 + years of experience in OSP Network planning
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and good knowledge in documentations 
•    Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers 
•    Decision-making skills and taking the right approach logically
•    A good team player & good Customer experience /satisfaction.
