8    Roles & Responsibilites    "•    Candidate should have 8+ years of experience in Telecom/ISP domain
•    Work closely with enterprise customer, account manager, technical program management team and assurance to meet the customer expectations on delivery milestones
•    Experience in provisioning of Fibre broadband & Cease order management
•    Periodic update to customer is key activity/responsibility
•    Define project tasks and resource requirements and track project deliverables 
•    Constantly monitor and report on project progress and status to all stakeholders    
•    Verification/Creation of project plans and ensuring changes completes successfully as per the agreed project plan                 
•    Experience in managing international customer for change management life cycle
•    Experience in Validation and order management & scheduling for migration
•    Hands on experience in VRM, MORI, COMS, CRM tools like Amdocs AO, Clarify & SOM
•    Communicate with team members and monitor team members perfomance
•    Strong Verbal and written communications skills
•    A good team player & good Customer experience /satisfaction
•    Experience in Last mile connectivity, Supplier Co-ordination and order delivery"
