Assistant Manager - Technology & Platform Development

Broad outline of the Role

• Developing and deploying prototypes and applications to create user-centred platform solutions based on the defined requirements and roadmap. This is an operational role, responsible for driving day-to-day operations.

Minimum qualification & experience

• BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience

Other knowledge/skills

• Understanding of wireframing, interaction design, visual design, and design best practices
• Understanding of visual communication and prototyping

Key Responsibilities

• Implement creative design deliverables for web-based and mobile platforms.
• Understand product specifications.
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
• Create personas through user research and data.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes for development.
• Handoff designs to Delivery Team(s), including such formats as wireframes, mock-ups, functional demos, presentations, and annotated specifications.
• Revise and iterate designs and documentation based on continued user testing and feedback.
• Enforce UX/UI design consistency across platforms.
