Service Designer or Component Designer for Telecom /IP Networking Solutions - traditional MPLS/Internet and next gen such as SD-WAN

SDWAN and SASE are identified as one of the major growth pillars of the  

Organisation. The product management team is end-to-end  

responsible from formulating product strategy and vision to development and to Go-to-market. We are creating innovative products that address enterprise segments and enable their digital transformation journey. 

The product management team works with stakeholders across the company such as marketing, sales, solutions, engineering and service assurance teams. 

Broad outline of the Role

SDWAN and SASE are important growth drivers for our overall business and are key pillars of our growth strategy. 

Purpose - Broad objective of the role

  • Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the product 

  • Clearly communicating the ‘why,’ ‘what’ and ‘when’ to the  

  • marketplace. 

  • Grow account penetration within defined geography / Establish new services with key customers 

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Define and develop the product roadmap for SDWAN and SASE based on market needs, competitive landscape, and customer feedback 

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle, including product planning, development, launch. Create innovative services across the customer journey and introduce innovative solutions to address customer requirements. 

  • Product Innovation: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities and use this information to inform product decisions. 

  • Marketing Strategy: Track and evaluate the technology landscape incl. the critical stakeholders in value chain, competition & emerging trends incl. disruptors to create new opportunities for the product. 

  • GTM Strategy: Work with customer facing teams to win opportunities in different regions and channels to achieve revenue targets. 

Minimum qualification & experience

B.E. / B.tech with Masters Degree in Management from a premier institute 

Technical Competencies

  • 0 - 6 years of enterprise product or technology roles.  

  • Prefered experience: 

  • Cloud, IT/SI/Telecom organizations  

  • Experience in working with Large enterprise environment 

  • Pro-active liaise with other company functions (e.g. Sales / Marketing / Solutions / Service)
