Broad outline of the Role

To Create Front end applications / UI using web frameworks to create products / solutions required for contact center. Responsible for design , developing and integrating with contact center solutions / products.

Key Requirements

.NET Core, C#, REST API, SOAP.  4 + years of experience in type script. Experience in Entity framework / ORM. Node JS. CSS & frameworks like LESS / SASS. PL/SQL programming and stored procedures. REDIS. Knowledge on RDBMS systems SQL SERVER / POST GRES/ MY SQL. Knowledge on deployment in IIS / Nginx. JWT / SSO. Web frameworks like Redux / NGRX, NGXS, Flux, RxJs. Web socket / XMPP / Server sent events.MVC / MVVM architecture and real time events.Knowledge on docker / swarm is added advantage. Knowledge on AWS integrations (using AWS services/API/ libraries) are added advantage. Strong knowledge on release management and patch management & packaging of product / solution. SSL & Mutual authentication.

Key Responsibilities

Experienced Angular / React developer with .NET Core Full Stack experience. Should have worked on contact center integrations like development of softphone or other integrations with contact center components.Strong knowledge and experience in contact center domain with above 5 years of experience in working on contact center solutions.Minimum of 6 years of experience required as an Angular + Angular JS / react with knowledge in integrating with REST API.Will be responsible for both completely owning the front-end development using HTML & web frameworks.Should be able to perform requirements analysis, development, unit testing, integration and release management. Should be able to independently program and develop product modules and components and own/take full responsibility for delivery of assigned tasks. Hands on experience in database / PL SQL queries. Must have worked on agile process and comfortable working on sprint deliverables.Unit testing and integration testing capabilities. Knowledge on Single sign on and integrating with SAML / Oath. Knowledge and hands on  CTI integration , Real time systems , Web RTC , WebSocket is required

Key Requirements

Experience in Cloud native solutions. Should have rich experience in building cloud native solutions and hybrid solutions which can be deployed in onprem and on cloud. Strong knowledge in AWS and integrating with AWS services. Deployment of application on AWS. Understanding of EC2, ALB, VPC on amazon native solutions. Packing of solutions which can be deployed in cloud (amazon cloud formation template). Packing and deployment & CI-CD : Should have experience in building and packing of solutions / products. Knowledge on Nginx / IIS. Experience in creating Jenkins pipelines is added advantage.Compliance & security : Must have worked on application security hardening including. SSL / TLS certificates. SSL / TLS mutual authentication : Application compliance PCI/ Hippa or any other one is preferred. Must have worked on VAPT qualifications enabling the application to be security hardened.

Key Requirements

Contact center experience : Knowledge and hands on experience on Contact system solutions. Integration with ACD for softphone development. Understanding on ACD / routing / skill group / queues. Integration with OEM ACD integration touch points. Knowledge on QM systems is preferrable. CRM integration is huge plus (Salesforce, Service now) or any other cloud integration. Process : Knowledge on product development process. Repository management including handling parallel development on multiple branches. Release process and management. Deployment in Dev servers/ QA servers. Supporting services teams for deployment in customer locations (during need)

Minimum qualification & experience

8-12 years of experience in web development with atleast 4 years experience in contact center
