• Solution Engineers at TCTS partners with Strategic Account Executives to showcase TCTS’ services and platform capabilities, understand prospective customers’ business & digital requirements, visualize TCTS' capabilities, and collaborate with customers to design new telecom-grade digital transformation experiences
• Design Managed Services Solutions - you will partner with prospective customers and their business, product, digital & IT teams to design solution addressing challenges
• Align TCTS' Capabilities to Business Value - you will demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of TCTS' technology capabilities and how those capabilities connect to the key business drivers for telecom operators' requirements (e.g., business growth, process automation, experience transformation, high engagement service delivery etc.)
• Partner for Success - you will work cross-functionally at TCTS with delivery, product, and engineering teams to turn strategy, solutions and requirements into concrete actions plans to build, launch & scale our customers’ managed services experiences
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by North America business unit. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

•    Lead Solution Architecture initiatives from inception to completion
•    Collaborate with business, Delivery, Product, Commercials counterparts to create solution architecture in alignment with business need
•    Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users
•    Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
•    Produce approach documents/presentations, participate in account strategy to contribute for business unit growth

•    Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science
•    8+ years' of relevant experience
•    Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the telecom operator environment
•    Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
•    Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Broad outline of the Role

Leads a team of solution architects. Work is performed with minimal direction and is reviewed by senior management. Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to moderately complex problems. Oversee support to sales team by solution architects or be a senior individual contributor. Tactical role which provides a marked contribution to defining the direction of new solutions, processes, standards or operational plans based upon business strategy, with a significant mid term impact on business unit overall results. Identifies problems and significantly improves, changes or adapts existing method and techniques of developing solutions. Focus is on implementation and control rather than policy and strategy development. Impact of decisions made is short to mid-term in nature. May have small to medium profit and loss responsibility. May have involvement in regional projects, but as a team member rather than project leader. Graduate in Engineering Experience : 8-10yrs
