Purpose - Broad objective of the role

Should have strong technical skills in the operation and maintenance of Fibre & transmission systems covering performance monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, hardware installation & inc etc.
- Hands on experience in all kind of transmission equipment’s and TMIS (OTDR, protocol analyser, optical power meter).
- Provide 24x7 emergency call-outs to NOC and other teams for O&M activities in network

 

Broad outline of the Role

  • The role is responsible for network operations and maintenance. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
  • Vendor management, payments, and performance analysis.                                                                              

  •  Project initiation of newly awarded project, from BOQ and contract verifications to Mobilization of the resources.

  • - Excellent communications skills, analytical problem solving, planning, organizing & documentation.               

  • SLA/KPI achievements, quality targets achievements.

  • Graduate/Diploma in Engg with 0-4 years of experience
