This is a New Role in view of our expansion plan in the Hong Kong Market.
Broad outline of the Role
- Overall ownership of key existing and new customer in Hong Kong Market
- Understand customer key business drivers, risks and able to translate them to solutions from Tata Communications portfolio of Digital solutions
- To work with Solution Architect to Identify, Quality and Drive the opportunity with various Internal stakeholders
- Understands the customer's industry landscape, enterprise architecture, partner and influencer ecosystem, and is able to use this knowledge to build and advise the customer on its digital journey plan.
- Builds and develops relevant customer relationship networks with key influencers and decision makers in business
- Revitalising with go to market strategy
- Responsible for annual revenue quota booking with significant growth in subsequent years with an emphasis on the development of client relationships and customer delivery.
- Passionate for problem solving to meet client’s needs and for a seamless customer experience.
- Strong involvement in complex deals and decision making processes
- Demonstrated ability to work cross- functionally across various organisations to drive outcome
- To research, monitor and understand the market and competitive trends to create strategic plans that will deliver desired results.
Minimum qualification & experience
- Confident and self-motivated Client Directors with over 10 years of sales experience in Infrastructure, Telecommunications and other technical solution sales
- Solid hands on experience of complex deal handling is Must
- Proven CXO connect in Hong Kong Enterprise Large Global Multinationals
- Holistic understanding of the technical solutions like Unified Communications Microsoft Teams,, Cisco ), WAN Technologies like MPLS, SDWAN, Security services (Network Security,SIEM, End Point Security) and Cloud Solutions (Private/Public Cloud, Storage Solutions, Cloud Migration)
- Good commercial and financial knowledge
- Strong communicator, Presentor and confident individual
- Good Sales reporting hygiene including Pipeline forecasting in Sales Force
