Broad outline of the Role

  • The role is responsible for leading one or more stages during the offnet access delivery cycle i.e., identifying partners, access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This is a tactical role which contributes in defining the direction of the operating plans based on the business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on business unit overall results.

Minimum qualification & experience

  • Bachelors Degree in engineering or business or equivalent qualification
  • 7-12 years relevant experience in Telecommunication environment, especially experience in managing Telco partners.

Other knowledge/skills

  • Procurement of Telecom services (NLD, IPLC and MPLS) for onnet network built.  Implementing 1000+ feasibility requests monthly (RFP, RFQ) with various partners.  Supplier evaluation on performance and best commercials.  Liaising between internal team and partner for COLO and SPACE availability for NLD orders  Responsible for commercial Negotiations, Order management.  Collaborating with cross functional team to ensure timely delivery of links.  TAT adherence for feasibility and delivery with partners.  Organized Inventory Management worth over 100Cr.  Responsible for preparation and tracking of AOP budget.  Liaising with internal and external stakeholder for dispute management and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for periodic reviews with partners to strengthen supplier relationship.  Responsible for savings target from existing inventory and through ARC renewals  Liaising between finance and partner for payments and its billing reconciliation  Identify new partners and process on-boarding and Contract Management/Documentation  Exposure to BPM, SFDC, Optimus and SAP tool for internal functioning
