Key Responsibilities

Involves end to end Service planning, optimization and performance management of Services planning and understanding about various multivendor systems.
To create requirement document for IP,BW,SLA and Routing matrix
Prepare Solution document , HLD,LLD
Preparing Multi-vendor MOPs, with first time right approach 
MOP testing and validation
Creating CR & Issuing MOP to NOC, Project & Operation team 
Supporting NOC team for MOP execution in case of clarification needed
Maintaining Data base for IP, VLAN, RT,RD etc.
Configuring QOS as per VIL design document 
Maintaining security policy
Quarterly Service audit and correction
Tracking of MoP released for execution with SNOC, other stakeholders, and updation in services database.
 

Core Competencies

Having 7+ years’ experience in IP/MPLS Network planning, operations,project or Configuration
Competent on all IP/MPLS , BGP,IGP and all other latest IP technologies (SR,R-LFA, BGP_LU etc.)
Multivendor product, command line knowledge( Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, Huawei, ZTE)
MOP preparation and validation, script and automation
Automation tool development or evaluate the tools
LSP optimization, Segment Routing, SDN controller based service intelligence, Traffic flow steering, Packet Overhead Reduction, IP + Optical integration, Avoid duplicate Protection & Restoration provisioning at IP & Optical layer
QoS
CCNA  or higher IP certifications
