Location    Hyderabad

Role Purpose    Security SME (Firewall + Load Balancer + Juniper Switch + MSS + Application)

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities    

•    Hands on experience in the design, deployment and troubleshooting of network and perimeter security devices such as : SDWAN, FortiGate Firewalls, Load Balancer, Juniper Switch etc.,.
•    Good hands-on Experience on Forti Manager and Forti Analyser
•    Experience in firewall rules review, platform administration and fine tuning.
•    Responsible for the technical deployment or troubleshooting in network security devices ensuring the efficient functionality of the solution
•    Responsible for SLA Management, Incident Analysis, Solution Recommendation, Escalation resolution, Tool admin, Maintain Knowledge base, Patch/Upgradation, Rule base Management
•    Troubleshooting of an incident within Security incident response teams.
•    Apply investigation techniques to document root cause and impact of detected incidents
•    Responsible for tool based report analysis and fine tuning deployed solution as part of daily operations
•    To take a project from kick-off to implemented solution and work closely with the customer, Cyber Security team members and project managers
•    To create high-level and low-level designs
•    To build POCs and test configurations and drive technical workshops with customers
•    To mentor and share experiences with junior security engineers in the team
•    To continuously develop your skills across multiple strategic vendor technologies 
•    Work closely with various internal and external relevant teams to restore services at the earliest. Work with Hardware Vendor to identify Failed hardware and work on RMA
•    Provide status updates and Health Check Up reports for Security Infrastructure
•    Maintain standard documentation library of standardized procedures and configurations.

Qualifications and Experience
•    A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
•    A proven track record with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of network Security
•    Relative vendor knowledge and certification: SDWAN, FortiGate (NSE 3 or above highly recommended), Load Balancer, Juniper Switch.
•    Build relationships on a technical level with customers and clients.
