Purpose - Broad objective of the role

The delivery manager is a position within Tata Communications, based in the India IoT team. This role leads the delivery & service assurance at customer end and assures that all SLAs are met for the agreed deliverables. You will be based in Jamshedpur Jharkhand. A skilled project manager, a natural problem solver and relationship builder. Proactive and hands-on, with strong planning acumen and drive and determination to succeed.

Key Requirements

Program delivery management, service assurance, issue resolution, customer relationship, revenue realization.

Minimum qualification & experience

7+ yrs Experience as a project manager from engineering background involving end-to-end digital system deployment, go-live and service assurance with relevant industry experience
Experience in handling customers in day-to-day business activities, maintaining customer confidence and positive communication
