Broad outline of the Role

Purpose - Broad objective of the role

Lead and drive the advanced technical solutions management team to impliment best practise for: 1. Solution and ervice review of new revenue business opportunities 2. design and delivery of complex technical solutions for customers 3. Engineering bespoke products as per market demands 4. Technical lifecycle support for TCL Top revenue global accounts with the objective of - ensuring design and delivery of complex solutions using products/services from the TATA portfolio - designing and delivering new products and services to cater to upcoming market needs - Top accounts have consistency during contract lifecycle of solution integrity - Team scales globally to support GES and GCS segments

Customers; Vendors.

Global Position and expected to build strong collaboration across geographies with different business Units. Supporting Top Global Accounts only which deliver approximatly 85% of the GES revenue

Minimum qualification & experience

A CISCO certified internet working expert with 10 years of relevant idustry experience with a strong network/design role in telecom industry Proven record of supporting business growth and providing solutions to new challenges while managing a global team of technical staff Ability to demonstarte experience with integrating multi-product technoligies into a single solution

Other knowledge/skills

Excellent skills in communication both internally and externally Excellent written and technical author skills Process minded to drive excellence and efficiency
