What you will be doing:

•    Be the primary product interface in the Region and engage with customers to understand Mobility & IoT challenges 
•    Be the voice of the customer to reflect customer requirements in product feature set & road map
•    New business development supporting the sales teams to identify opportunities for Tata and position the portfolio with customers
•    Lead the value proposition development and product strategy for key identified target segments
•    Develop commercial strategy including commercial models and effective pricing levels for identified target segments
•    Provide support for bid responses including, but not limited to, value proposition, commercial offering, overseeing contracting terms - to ensure successful sale of the Solution in target segments
•    Lead product documentation – both external market facing and internal
•    Drive and occasionally lead process design and documentation
•    Drive development of product marketing material working with the marketing teams

What we are looking for:

Functional Expertise:- 

•    Significant, proven and demonstrable cellular wireless industry experience, with IoT industry experience a significant advantage
•    Good understanding of both popular and emerging IoT use cases and customer needs
•    Strong analytical thinker with a keen eye for competition moves and identifying opportunities and threats
•    Excellent strategic commercial acumen with the proven ability to build business cases, create a P&L, etc.
•    Exposure towards working in the RFP cases

•    Highly proficient listener & consultative sales style with the ability to shape customer thinking
•    Excellent communications skills in verbal, written and presentation forms at senior levels
•    Acute attention to detail & organization
•    Energetic and creative with an upbeat, positive attitude
•    A team player who works well with others, who has strong influencing skills, and is creative and entrepreneurial
•    Adept at dealing with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment

Requisite: - 

•    Should have minimum 6-10 Years of experience with 2-3 years of experience in product management function. 
•    Engineering Graduate with MBA is preferred. 
•    Experience working in a multi-cultural environment across multiple time zones
