Purpose - Broad objective of the role

The business development and selling of hybrid workplace solutions to TCL UK&I enterprise sector customers to achieve a sustainable revenue portfolio. 

You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities)

•    Engaging new enterprise customers of Tata Communications through the business development and selling of Hybrid Workplace Solutions in the UK&I region
•    Prioritise the key opportunities from a defined customer base to gain faster closures
•    Winning a minimum of 15 contracts pa of customers with >5,000 employees
•    Lead client negotiations, manage deal progression and deal closure by ensuring cross functional teams (Account Teams, Bid Management, Solutions, Legal and Commercial) are aligned and collaborating to delivering great propositions for the customer
•    Create a buying vision for the customer using Tata Communications’ Point of View in the minds of customer in line with TCL processes and best practice
•    Work closely with the Hybrid Workplace Solutions Account Director focused on more complex deals for account engagement to flow both ways based upon expertise levels required to close contracts 
•    Work with the regional marketing team to execute on leads generated from activities within the defined account base
•    Monitor lead and opportunity progress on CRM system Creating account development plans driving large deal closure with teams participating across support functions. Using C level mapping for faster closures.
•    Track and report market and competitor activities and provide relevant updates / reports

You have experience in

•    5+ years of enterprise sales and account management 
•    Selling technology-based solutions
•    Must have experience in selling into multiple stakeholders within global enterprise environments
•    Must have demonstrated success in remote selling as one option to penetrate a new customer
•    Using structured sales processes
