Key Responsibilities

This role requires the employee to work closely with the Regional Sales Management & sales teams, Finance , sales-support and Sales enablement.
• He/She will be responsible for AOP preparation, target setting, MIS reporting, sales analytics and periodic/ad hoc review support
The employee will be working closely with the international sales teams for,
o Understanding & analysing the sales trends, compute AOP and set targets
o Facilitate ‘in year’ change requests in the region.
o Support sales team in optimally managing customer relationships (account level revenue, Order Booking performance, Churn, pipeline, revenue forecasting).
o Sales productivity analysis and driving organizational efficiency
o Provide meaningful analytics and inputs to the regional leadership to help identify problem arears. Help the regional sales to improve their productivity and increase their business.

o Drive data efficiency & hygiene

Other knowledge/skills


• Act as a conduit between sales management and central reporting teams for creating timely and accurate inputs for Top management reporting
• Act as a focal point for region performance and address all queries/ambiguities related to sales targets, reporting
• Standardize data & information and drive automation

Technical Competencies

Required Skills:
• Candidate must have an eye for details and must be proficient in MS Office (excel & PowerPoint skills is a must have)
• Numbers and analytical skills
• Go getter and ‘rolling up the sleeves’ attitude
• He/she must have good communications skills, both written and oral
• Since the role requires working closely with international teams, the candidate should be willing to work late hours (or in shifts).
• Knowledge of SFDC, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or any other programming language will be an added advantage
