This is a classical B2B regional and field marketing role. This critical role requires you to understand the regional business priorities, create an aligned marketing strategy & plan and execute the regional marketing initiatives of demand generation and strengthening the brand for Tata Communications in the Americas Enterprise market targeting medium and large global enterprises across all key industries. You will work as a critical business partner for the Americas regional sales team to enable achievement of our ambitious growth goals in the market.

Reporting to the Regional Director, Americas Marketing, this position will be based in our Americas Region office locations - Santa Clara.

Purpose - Broad objective of the role

  • Participate in the creation and execution of an integrated Marketing Plan to drive growth in market awareness and reputation, demand generation and revenue growth across all target Enterprise accounts in the region
  • Acquire, Manage and Refresh knowledge and insights pertaining to the market, customers, and competition in the region to enable design and delivery of impactful marketing programs
  • Drive Account Based Marketing programs to target high potential accounts across industries with a mix of 1:1, 1: many and cluster ABM programs by leveraging ABM platforms and contextual, customized, insight-led content journeys
  • Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting specific market themes/ propositions /industry segments to growth mindshare and demand

Minimum qualification & experience

  • University degree with 8-10 years of experience in B2B Marketing and 3+ years of experience in Field Marketing roles in North Americas market
  • Strong communications and program management skills
  • Collaborative, Data driven & analytical and outcome focused
  • Strategic planning skills to translate business objectives/plans into strong integrated campaign plans
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across regions, nationalities, and cultures to deliver the programs
  • Working with and managing external agencies/partners to design and deliver effective programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate and manage F2F/ online / hybrid events and conferences (bespoke, third party etc.) to support the regional marketing objectives
  • Drive programs to enhance C-level engagement across target accounts through thought leadership and other relevant interventions to get a seat on the table and enhance affinity and mindshare with the customers and prospects
  • Manage utilization and tracking of the Marketing budget for the region in partnership with the regional marketing leader
  • Measure, report and optimize the business impact and outcomes of all Marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams including sales, pre-sales, product management, global marketing, finance, and legal.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including customers, alliance partners, regional consultants, and agencies.
