Job Description

Key Objective / Purpose of the Job:

Work with Internal team and Client organization to manage MW Network Faults and proactive approach to reduce failure in Circle Operations.
Troubleshooting and quick resolution of Network, Equipment and Service level faults
Job allocation to CEs and Riggers based on the fault in the Network
Proactive Plan for Preventive Maintenance activity
Network Improvement Plan
 
Major Activities:

Resolution of Faults in Network, MTTR to be achieved as per Fault category
Achieving Contractual KPIs
MW Link Down, Link Error and RSL Correction
MW Visibility (DCN Management)
Spare Management
Preventive Maintenance
Alarm reduction in the Network for MW
Coordination with Infra Provider to reduce Infra outages

Skills

Technical Skills
 
-    Good knowledge in MW Technologies (P2P, XPIC)
-    NMS Knowledge in Huawei, NEC, Ceragon, ZTE, Nokia, Ericson OMEs
-    Mobility knowledge (2G,3G and 4G)
-    Troubleshooting experience of Network, Equipment and Service level faults
-    Capacity utilization management
-    Understanding of DCN and Synchronizations of Network
-    Assisting Field team for local login to the Equipment and coordinating with them for troubleshoot
-    Knowledge in MS Excel and MS- Presentation

Education: Graduate in any discipline Experience: 8-12 years of project mgmt and/or crisis management
