Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in Invoice processing, and basic excel working knowledge.
  • Knowledge in MS outlook usage & ability to speak fluently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documenting invoices on a daily basis for payment processing,bill verification on a quarterly basis against project utilizations. 
  • Validating invoices processed against the monthly MIS. 
  • < 2 days SRN to be prepared with adequate documents for payment processing.
  • Upon finalisation of Billing, Reports and dashboards to be shared within defined timeliness.
  • within 15 days of receipt of invoice and relevant doc, Coordinate with AP team for release of payments.
  • Maintaining statutory documentation as per the CSR tracker for all projects on a quarterly basis. 
  • PSR's, ARIBA SR’s, Coordination with SCM for PAS, SAP-PR, PO with SAP Team.

Technical Competencies

  • MIS, Billing & Documentation.
  • Email Correspondences & Good in communication skills.
  • Consolidating of data from valid sources (automation/ Hardcopy of service/delivery).
  • MIS validation & Processing of Invoices.
  • Bill processing along with maintaining Dashboards/Reports.
  • Aligning to timely release of payment.
  • Documentation & Procurement.

Minimum qualification & experience

Minimum Qualification: Graduation or Post- grduation.
Minimum years of experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in Data Management.
Primary skillset: Understanding of Data and financial reports.
