Broad outline of the Role

• The role is part of the finance centre of excellence and will support in any one or more areas of finance including financial planning and analysis, reporting and compliance, taxation, and treasury. The role will support implementation of policies, standards and processes in the respective areas. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the assigned account and business.

Role- Banking & Cash Management

1. Support banking and cash management activities for Indian entities.
2. Supporting investment of surplus funds for Indian entities
3. Supporting setting up working capital limits (fund based) for Indian entities.
4. Monthly closing for investments (MF, FDs, CPs, ICD, CB etc.), WCDL etc.
5. Bank Balance confirmation for banks and mutual funds
6. Bank Charges analysis
7. Audit compliance
8. Handling queries from user teams with respect to banking (Inwards, LCs, etc)
9. Supporting KYC and bank account maintenance (incl. A/C opening, closing) for Indian entities.
10. MIS, Variance analysis and reporting for banking & investments.
11. Supporting all transformation and automation initiatives in the respective area.
12. Supporting global acquisition integartion activities.

Minimum qualification & experience

• CA/ICWA/MBA/Other equivalent qualification
• 1-3 years experience in Treasury

Other knowledge/skills

• Exceptional knowledge of Advanced Excel.
• SAP exposure required.
• Familiarity with finance and statistical analysis software
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Understanding across finance domains (taxation, treasury etc)
