Assistant Manager - Product Management & Analytics

Purpose of the Job

The incumbent would be responsible for management of products and their lifecycle and also mining the various internal and external data sources to generate insights/learning that will help drive revenue or reduce cost.

Minimum qualification & experience

B.E / MBA from a good college or Statistical background
3 years of experience in a Project management role
 Experience in EA type roles is preferred.
 Preferably from Banking, NBFC & related industry

Other knowledge/skills

     Good Excel skills
     Good knowledge of Statistical tool like SPSS, SAS, R
     Good Presentation skills
 

Key Responsibilities

•    Understanding of Business Models and profitability analysis
•    Preparation of business cases and understanding of basic cost-benefit analysis
•    Product and product lifecycle management; internal and external stakeholder management 
•    Conducts data analyses and reports results using data & statistical analysis.
•    Good understanding of statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, etc.
•    Data representation capabilities
•    Ability to work independently
•    Project & Operations management / interaction with senior stakeholders
•    Must have capability to clearly communicate analyses.
•    Regular monitoring and reporting of transaction trend and operational parameters to senior management, along with benchmarking and recommendations for action.
•    Derive business insights through the data analysis on transaction & related trends across various geographies, bank portfolios and site type.
•    Analyze operational performance to identify and plug revenue leakages by working with cross functional teams for resolution.
