Job description:

Access strategy:
• Plan & manage a regional AOP budget for access & backbone offnet capacity procurement & assist to maintain P&L of core product teams through various initiatives. • Innovate, develop, and deliver new products and services for the offnet access network, thus strengthening the overall offnet product portfolio for wireline and wireless solutions.
• Plan & exercise inventory renewal & other cost saving initiatives resulting in annual savings year on year
• Lead & direct the internal teams to align with the functional imperatives of the company and execute various projects, initiatives, offnet access aggregation/ migrations and process improvements.
• Conduct service performance reviews of commercial & operational areas and ensure execution of improvement plans.
• Conceptualize and maintain an online portal for availability of all the partner information pertaining to the partner offerings, agreements, service level agreements, TATs, service Performance matrix, contacts & escalation matrix etc.
• Evaluate International market conditions & commercial competitiveness to benchmark and negotiate commercial basis on submarine cable requirements for IPLC.
• Detailed understanding on RIO and AFA requirement of India as per TRAI guidelines.
• Should have understanding about submarine cable connecting into India and detailed information on operator available on the cable.

Partnership management:

 Identifying/ Onboarding new partners / solutions fitting into the overall access strategy enabling TCL to serve its end customers in respective geographies.
• Build, develop & navigate the Master Service Agreement with the selected partners by aligning & mediating within the organization across the legal, regulatory, finance and products team thus ensuring compliance. • Execute the partner integration & onboarding activities by engaging with the respective Sales, Product, Service Delivery & Service Assurance teams for shared understanding on the various operational processes followed by the respective teams.
• Evaluate local market conditions & commercial competitiveness to benchmark and negotiate commercial rate cards with offnet partners to serve TCL services like GVPN, IP, SDN, Ethernet, IPL, IZO, UCC, CDN, Cloud Infrastructure etc.
• Engage partners for providing optimized commercials for large bids, RFPs & for high visibility deals & customers.
• Work on operational efficiencies including process improvement and automation.
• Work proactively and self-intuitively for escalations from Service Delivery & Service Assurance with the Partners.
