Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ MBA/ MCA with minimum 12 + years of relevant experience.
- High level understanding of Global networks and technologies
- High level understanding of access technologies such as FTTH, Ethernet, TDM, WLL, WIMAX, Wireless Broadband, Microwave, Satellite, and other emerging network technologies
- Strategic and critical in thinking, logical and efficient in approach
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills
- Excelling written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation and excel skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams

Partnership management:
Identifying/ Onboarding new partners / solutions fitting into the overall access strategy enabling TCL to serve its end customers in respective geographies.
• Build, develop & navigate the Master Service Agreement with the selected partners by aligning & mediating within the organization across the legal, regulatory, finance and products team thus ensuring compliance. • Execute the partner integration & onboarding activities by engaging with the respective Sales, Product, Service Delivery & Service Assurance teams for shared understanding on the various operational processes followed by the respective teams.
• Evaluate local market conditions & commercial competitiveness to benchmark and negotiate commercial rate cards with offnet partners to serve TCL services like GVPN, IP, SDN, Ethernet, IPL, IZO, UCC, CDN, Cloud Infrastructure etc.
• Engage partners for providing optimized commercials for large bids, RFPs & for high visibility deals & customers.
• Work on operational efficiencies including process improvement and automation.
• Work proactively and self-intuitively for escalations from Service Delivery & Service Assurance with the Partners.
