The Design & Delivery Engineer is a critical part of the Product Evangelists team that is facilitating this communication renaissance. The DIGO Design & Delivery Engineer is responsible for delivering the technical win and product fit at customer accounts. They build customer trust in DIGO solutions, which results in customer success in the post-sale. The Design & Delivery Engineer leads the technical pre-sales relationship, proposes technical architectures, demonstrates the product, anticipates concerns, offers creative solutions and delivers the agreeable solutions. The DIGO Design & Delivery Engineer is both highly technical and a skilled relationship builder. They are comfortable showing an engaging communications experience to a CEO or sketching out an API flow on a whiteboard with customer software engineers.

Build and present product demos to help showcase what a DIGO product can do and assist customers with Pilots and Proof-of-Concept implementations. Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and work alongside Sales Executives through the pre-sales process, to strategize and plan for deal success. Educate and mentor customers and colleagues. Once the customer is agreeable to the design that delivers the required business outcome, handhold the customer till successful integration

This position reports to the Head of Product Evangelists and will be based in India.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 5+ years Solutioning & service delivery experience selling complex, technical products.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Cloud Communication service delivery
  • Ability to build a deep understanding of an customer’s communications needs and guide them to a technical solution
  • Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • backend (C#,  Node.js, Java OR Python, PHP)
  • Experience building with REST APIs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architecture.
  • Hands-on, high-energy, passionate, and creative problem solver with know how to get things done and ability to lead others to success
  • Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence
  • Good to have :  web development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Good to have frontend frameworks - React, Vue.js, Angular.
  • Previous experience in Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, and Security experience is a plus.

Minimum qualification & experience

  • Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of work experience in solutioning
