The Design and Delivery Lead is a position within Tata Communications’ DIGO Product business. This role leads a small and mighty team of tight-knit communication professionals who are responsible Design & Delivery team for Tata Communications DIGO products and you will be leading the team.

Minimum qualification & experience
Experience as design & delivery/professional services manager in CPaaS/marketing automation space
Experience in delivering simple and complex solutions to global clients
Experience in translating and demonstrating the impact of communications initiatives in a wider business context.
Experience in leading a team.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Delivery Lead will lead a team of 3 D&D engineers.
Design & Delivery engineer is responsible for delivering the technical solution successfully for the orders won.
Leads the technical post-sales relationship with customers, till delivery including program management activities for complex implementations.
Assist customers with Pilots and Proof-of-Concept implementations.
Design creation and acceptance to be taken from customer and deliver the required business outcome accordingly.
Handhold the customer during the integration and user acceptance testing
Support during ramp-up period post delivery (30 Days) - A ‘ramp –up period' is a length of time during which the customer is putting production load on the complex solution delivered by the design and delivery team.
Post Ramp-up period the solution should be handed to Operations support team
Collaborate with pre-sales, operations support, customer during the implementations
Set up frameworks & processes for professional services, standard operating procedures within D&D team.
