Broad outline of the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive leadership development programs to cultivate a strong and effective leadership team within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership development, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to align leadership development initiatives with the organisation's strategic goals. Execute the L&D strategy through leadership development. Serve as the global leader responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the impact of the company's management & leadership development efforts. This includes building management & leadership development experiences, tools and frameworks; high-potential development programs; succession planning philosophy & methodology; coaching & mentoring solutions; and leadership assessments for first-time people managers.  This person will also be responsible for driving synergies and integration with other strategic people programmes and services, such as talent and performance management, people analytics, total rewards, inclusion, and talent acquisition.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Establish short- and long-term leadership development strategies that consider Endeavour's strategic priorities and the current state of our managers and leaders.
• Translate strategies into objectives that will drive comprehensive leadership development globally and across a diverse group of businesses:
• Design and deliver a suite of highly effective solutions, with close alignment to the business, that elevate management and leadership capability and organisational performance across the globe. Solutions may include formal learning programs, experiential learning assignments, assessments and feedback, coaching, etc.
• Develop and implement communication plans that engage people in management & leadership development solutions.

 

Minimum qualification & experience

Minimum Qualification: Post Graduation.Minimum Experience: 15 years or more relevant experience as Learning Architect or Executive Coach and should have experience in Leadership Development Training.
