The function is responsible for the delivery of facilities, workspace resources and related support and administration services to the business. Responsible for formulation and implementation of plans, policies and processes with respect to Facilities Management, Travel Services, Physical and Environmental Security and Real Estate Management and Health, Safety and Environment Management. At the operational level the function is responsible to provide administration support and operate and maintain facilities - buildings and equipment, repair and maintenance, water and electricity, upkeep, etc. Support the business through, efficient, end to end travel solutions - including immigration facilitation, ticketing, hotel/guest houses and all related matters. Conduct commercial activities - indents, POs, Bill certification and SAP entries related to travel and hospitality. Manage aspects related to hiring commercial and residential facilities, lease management and rental payments. Take measures to mitigate business risks associated with physical security, real estate matters. Conduct audit and inspection to assess risks. Establish security contracts and manpower deployment; implement comprehensive corporate security policy (material movement control and checks, access control, access card management, electronic surveillance, fire safety, visitor management etc.).The objective of the function is to optimize / reduce facilities operating costs through integration of best practices and technology and ensuring legal and statutory compliance to mitigate business risks.

Broad outline of the Role

Drive the execution of plans, policies and processes with in a team; drive operational activities in the respective area of corporate service; lead and drive execution of projects such as infrastructure projects etc. Support the team to optimize / reduce operating costs across facilities, travel etc. through efficient processes make it 'A Great Place to Work' Support the Travel, Hospitality and Telecommunication requirements of employees in the Country and international employees to that country. Focus is on implementation and control as well as policy development. Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area. Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision. Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques. Might lead/ mentor small teams Education : Graduate Experience :5-10 years
