Minimum qualification & experience

MBA/CA with 4-5 years of experience preferably in Corporate Treasury set up.

Other knowledge/skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Tata Comm. India and its subsidiaries banking and cash management
2. Setting up working capital limits (fund based) for TC India & subs including documentation etc.
3. Monthly closing for investments (MF, FDs, CPs, ICD, CB etc.), WCDL etc.
4. Bank Balance confirmation for banks and mutual funds
5. Bank Charges analysis
6. Audit compliance
7. Handling queries from user teams with respect to banking (Inwards, LCs, etc)
8. Overseeing & supporting KYC and bank account maintenance (incl. A/C opening, closing) for all TC India & TCCSPL bank accounts.
9. MIS, Variance analysis and reporting for respective area
10. Supporting all transformation and automation initiatives in the respective area

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.

Knowledge of TRM module of SAP would be preferred
