Manager - Global Network Services

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our cutting-edge Cloud Networking product. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver a product that meets our clients' evolving needs in the multi-cloud domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the Cloud Networking product.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to translate business needs into product requirements.
3. Evaluate market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product growth and differentiation.
4. Communicate product value proposition to stakeholders and assist the marketing team in go-to-market strategy and product launches.
5. Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and inform future product decisions.
6. Prioritize product development efforts based on strategic objectives, return on investment, and customer needs.
7. Engage directly with key customers for product feedback and to understand their pain points and requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or cloud services environment.
3. Deep understanding of networking, cloud computing, and cloud architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
4. Strong technical background with the ability to engage with engineers and discuss nuanced product details.
5. Proven track record of managing and delivering complex products to market.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
