About the Function

The Sales Strategy Execution department is responsible for coordinating the successful execution of multiple Sales led initiatives as part of India Sales team. It focuses on ensuring that projects are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, completed on time, meet the required quality standards, help achieve Tata Communications goals & drive business outcomes.

Objective of the role

The purpose of role is to program manage & coordinate the planning, execution, and successful delivery of identified Initiatives across Cloud and Security business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing Key Strategic Initiatives and the Business Strategy for India Sales team at Tata Communications for Cloud and Security business – the same includes managing the overall scope, schedule, resources for the Initiatives to achieve its objectives and meet stakeholders’ expectation.
  • This role will drive Key Strategic Initiatives and Business Imperatives for Sales Team by managing, tracking and driving cross-functional teams.

Technical Competencies

  • Having strong business knowledge.
  • Good understating of the Enterprise ICT and telecom markets, trends, customer needs, project deliveries, etc.
  • Understanding of business strategy

Minimum qualification & experience

Minimum Qualification: Graduation(Full-time)

Years of Experience: 5-7 years relevant experience.

  • Strong reporting skills – dash boards, metrics, etc.
  • Ability to interact with senior leadership team cutting across functions and influence decision making to ensure that the key initiatives get executed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation skills for reporting to senior management at the company level.
