Broad outline of the Role
As a Interaction platform, reporting and analytics specialist
- Executing the product roadmap for our customer & supplier facing platform.
- Developing requirements and working closely with cross functional teams to deliver on the same.
- Benchmarking UI and reporting capability with industry leaders and ensuring consistent portal User Experience.
- Program management for projects which are running outside of NPI
- Create a reporting and analytics framework for new / legacy products to come on board
- Ensure world class UX in terms of Data Visualization for internal & external customer facing reports
You will have support from inside the Product organization to achieve the planned roadmap. You will be fully responsible for interacting with project manager, business analyst, solution architect and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated. You will be responsible for ensuring UATs are conducted as per plan and provide support to project team in case of any slippages

Key Responsibilities
- Visualize bigger picture for Unified Interaction Platforms
- Ensure best in class UI and UX for interaction platforms
- Create portal roadmap in sync with product roadmaps
- Create reporting roadmap inline to expectations of management, stake holders, partners and customers
- Maintain feature backlog along with product teams
- Create user stories, manage development cycle, support User acceptance testing, System integration testing and Operational readiness testing
- Understand system integration needs and thrive to deliver generic solutions.
- Lead interaction with Technical Team – Including helping the technical team make tradeoffs based on customer requirements, QA/testing of the product.
Project management for non NPI release
Technical Competencies
- Relevant Telecom Experience is must
- Overall 5+ years of experience in designing user interface, defining the user experience and portal development
- Design Thinking Course/ Certificate Undertaken
- Versed with customer ordering lifecycle
- Thorough knowledge of customer interaction platforms
- High level understanding of:
- Development languages such as java, asp.net
- Data Visualization Tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Jasper
- Database such as SAP HANA, SQL server, sales force etc.
- Understanding of waterfall, Scrum and SAFE Agile framework of project management
Experience planning/building and executing product roadmaps in an agile environment
