Masters; MBA; 8+ years of similar experience

Key Resposibility

• Tactically and strategically lead integration of acquisitions, from due diligence through post-close value capture
• Partner with executives and function leaders to craft integration strategies that closely align with acquisition rationale and operating model
  • Plan and conduct the integration team kickoff meeting so that all functional integration leaders understand their roles and responsibilities during the transition period
  • Assist with the launch of functional integration teams so they understand their charters and are organized for success
• Work with the acquired management team and key employees so that they understand the integration process and how it will impact them
• Drive integration plans, guide cross-functional teams, run regular integration meetings and drive proactive issue resolution
• Develop acquisition-related key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of transaction-value drivers
• Escalate issues requiring senior-level input so they are resolved quickly and effectively

Key Responsibility 2

• Manage the interdependencies between functions so activities are prioritized and sequenced correctly
• Evaluate the risks associated with an integration and mitigate them to the most reasonable extent possible
• Document any handoffs to business line leaders at the end of the transition period
• Proactively identify areas for improvements throughout the deal lifecycle and implement best-in-class practices
• Capture lessons learned and recommendations for future acquisitions.
• Lead the refinement of integration and build-out of repeatable process strategy and toolset (e.g., playbooks, process flows, work plans) that incorporate prior experience and industry-leading practices across all key workstreams
