Sr Manager - Software & Application Development

Broad outline of the Role

• Responsible for designing software architecture and (or) delivery and deployment of the solution, driving automation, and improving operational efficiencies. This is a tactical role which defines the direction of new solutions, processes, standards based upon business strategy or customer need, with a significant mid-term impact on business unit overall results.

Purpose - Broad objective of the role

The person would be responsible for software development Deliveries, compliance & Infra/network.

Minimum qualification & experience

Graduate, preferably B.E., with 10-12 years.

Experience of software development & managed compliance and Infra/Network.

Knowledge of Devops migration and management
•    Managing PCI DSS setup and implementation of controls
•    Managing Payment & Non-Payment environment setups
•    Should be able to manage the Infra & Network teams.
•    Understanding Infra setups (Servers/VMWare/Storage)
•    Understanding Network setups (Firewalls/Routers/Segmentation/Switches)
•    Knowledge of .Net 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 coding using C#.
•    Knowledge of IIS 6.0, IIS 7.0 and IIS 8 and above
•    Hands on experience of MS SQL 2012/2016 database programming & Management, writing complex SQL queries and procedures.
•    Experience of designing applications interfacing in .Net and MS SQL.  Java experience would be an added advantage
•    Knowledge of API, Web Services and Ajax controls
•    ATM domain knowledge will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

The person would be responsible for the following activities:
•    Project Delivery aligning the Developers for the BU Requirements
•    End to end Compliance, managing timely closure of all compliance requirements and certifications (PCI DSS/ RBI DSS/App PT/VAPT/PT/Segmentation PT).
•    Managing the Data Center setup (Infra & Network)
•    Managing of SIEM/PAM/DAM solutions
