Position Summary

This role involves providing support to management in maintenance and update of reporting dashboards, creation of project dashboards, action item tracking and follow-up. This position is also responsible for creating management presentations basis requirements and provide administrative support to management basis requirement.

Broad outline of the Role

Major Areas of Responsibilities

  • Project tracking and action item follow-ups for Core Connectivity function.
  • Creation of process documentation.
  • Maintaining, updating and automation of existing business performance reports/dashboards for continuous business KPI monitoring & analytics, and creation of actionable insights from them.
  • Experience in processing large volume of data & creating reports on weekly basis using advanced Excel features and Power BI tool.
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Creation of Management presentations as per requirements
  • Manage administrative requirement and Support for entire Core Connectivity team including coordination for global team.

Minimum qualification & experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification with an experience in creating and maintaining business dashboards/reports, project management, data repository & action trackers.


Good to have working knowledge of Power Point, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerBI.

Other knowledge/skills

  • Knowledge of software like Tableau, PowerBI etc.

Good to have knowledge of MS Power Point or MS Excel or MS Visio or MS Project

Technical Competencies

  • Proven working experience in consolidating and presenting data in structured dashboards.
  • Good mathematical, analytical and number crunching skills.
  • Understanding of reporting and ability to create reports and dashboards indicating business KPIs (like; funnel status, order booking, churn, lost and dropped opportunities etc.) for management.
  • To assist product team by providing analytical Support to the aligned VPs.
  • Creation of management presentations basis requirements
  • Creation of process documents using MS Visio and tracking project and action items.
