Broad outline of the Role

As a Marketing automation specialist you will work on Marketo email execution, email A/B testing, email performance optimising, newsletter set-up, lead nurture campaign execution and reporting on campaign performance. 

Minimum qualification & experience

  • 3-5 years of experience with email marketing on Marketo with B2B or SaaS company   

  • Responsive email and landing page template design using html, css, js is required   

  • Experience with Rest API, Webhook, salesforce CRM, postmaster, and Zapier is required.   

  • Marketo certification preferred   

Key Responsibilities

Optimization of lead scoring model, RCM Model, Lead journey tracking   

Database clean-up, bounce management    

API & webhook integration with 3rd party application   

Maintaining SFDC sync, Drift and Uberflip sync with Marketo   

Email campaign execution on Marketo and Knak within SLA  

Email and Landing page template creation  

TML validation before sending email using Validity tool   

Continues A/B testing of email campaign for performance optimization.   

Reporting of email campaign performance   

API & webhook integration with 3rd party application 

 

Technical Competencies

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, postmaster, Rest API, Webhook, Advance excel.
