Experienced in Execution of Fiber O&M activities, FRT Management, Patrolling and Fiber related APP(VSF), OTDR ,SPLICING
Ensure compliance of defined SLA/KPIs
Experience in Handling of Fiber Field Activities and ground situation
Monitor performance of the vendors against defined SLAs
Work closely with contractors, vendors and ensure all O&M is being done as per the approved standards cost effectively.
Review for performance of projects, operations, and other reporting functions on a regular basis.
Responsible for profitable and smooth running of all operations of the area assigned.
Maintain and update the asset master & Material/Consumable management.
Maintain reliability of optical fiber network, uptime of fiber and Quality of Optical fiber.
Ascertain compliance to health, safety, environment.
Knowledge of operations and maintenance of network infrastructure
Fiber cuts FTKM 5 and MTTR 4 hours , Fiber integrity 90 % and DWDM lambda up and No degradation in access / DWDM , T2P at cut locations
Health and safety compliance in clusters up to ground level staff and ensure zero incident throughout the year
