Purpose - Broad objective of the role

NETWORK PROJECT HEAD - WIRELESS

Size and Scope of Role - No. of direct reports

* Project Management - wireless and microwave
* Set up processes for end-to-end delivery of project rollout for Wireless (RAN / Microwave)
* Cost Control and responsible for respective P&L 
* Increase automation of project deliveries
* Risk management and its timely mitigation
* End to end project service delivery and internal / external governance

Minimum qualification & experience

• Engineering Graduate with 16-20 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Strong project management skills and hands on experience of Wireless network deployment
• Good understanding of 4G/5G Technology, Microwave system
• Lead and Govern Project review meetings with vendors, clients and management.
• Develop tactics for improving operation efficiencies while improving service levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, employee retention and operational costs.
• Provide direction and escalation support to 24/7 NOC team.
• Manage difficult customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs; respond to requests for service and assistance.
• The role will lead a large team.

• Extensive experience in operations and project implementation of network technology
• Customer experience management
• Understanding of domain and related technologies

Technical Competencies

• Strong deployment experience of 4G/5G Base stations and Microwave system
• Prior experience of advance project management skills and deployment of RAN, MW products
