The candidate will be part of a team focused on increasing the adoption of Tata Communications’ CDN offering.
Should have the business savvy and technical background necessary to help establish Tata Communications as a key CDN provider. As a Representative for Tata Communications CDN Team, Candidate will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape of the future of an emerging CDN technology.  The responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in the relevant accounts in the assigned region.   
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects.  He/she should also be a self starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
He/she should be able to work with Tata communications Eco-system and create awareness about CDN offering and advantages inside and outside the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:


· -- Work with Account team to qualify new opportunities. Drive customer engagement and hence revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
· --  Meet or exceed customer expectations on requirement gathering, communication, identification of products gaps with respect to competition or customer needs.
· -- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the use of Tata CDN and adjacent market.
· -- Accelerate customer adoption.
· -- Do Solution Training for inside team and partners.
· -- Maintain a robust PoC pipeline.
· -- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
· -- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
· -- Ensure customer satisfaction.
· -- Participate and sometimes lead in all development and management, sales support and enablement discussions with Sales, 
      Customers, Engineering and Operations.
· -- Technical and Analytical Support to all Business Development activities. Aligning Business Development efforts to current product portfolio.
· -- Partner channel enablement and activation to widespread our product offering in market.
· -- Liaising Marketing initiatives with product specific focus for assigned region. 
· -- Actively engaged in presales activities, account mining & driving business operations.
· -- Working with industry leading partners to continuously improve product feature set relevant to the market. 
· -- Expect moderate travel.


Basic Qualifications
· -> 2+ years of technology related presales, solution or support experience.
· -> B.Engg. / B.Tech. degree required.
· -> Direct field experience in working with enterprise and key accounts.
· -> Direct field experience in pre-sales, solutions of CDN products or services.
· -> Strong verbal and written communications skills.
· -> Extensive customer network.
