Lead the team to drive product development and management, sales enablement (including professional services, managed services, intercompany services, virtual services, public telepresence rooms) to enterprise and carrier customers

Minimum qualification & experience
MBA with minimum 10 years of experience, out of which atleast 3 years of experience of handling PandL responsibility in a technology organization with exposure to operational experience, managed service line of business
Other knowledge/skills
Leadership skills such as people management, interpersonal skills; customer centricity, cross cultural and cross functional skills, negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities
1) Product Strategy
Lead development of product management strategy ; Identify target customer segments and strategic product/service areas such as Telepresence, fixed end point conference rooms, etc.; Prioritise service roadmap across product portfolio; Plan introduction of new products/services or enhancement of existing based on analysis of market trends and profitability; Discuss and seek approval of product strategy from Board.
2) Product Development
Provide inputs to teams on existing product portfolios and new products based on customer/market trends; Lead discussions with Sales, Customers, Engineering and operations to seek feedback on new product/service requirement; Prioritize product roadmap with new service releases basis discussions with vendors and Engineering team; Review product/service business proposals with team for introduction of new products/services and assess financial feasibility; Lead discussions with operations to discuss service realisation and operationalising of product/service; Guide team to prepare SOW and service schedule to be offered to customers and evaluate pricing implications with operations; Provide inputs to team to determine pricing and cost structures; Review status of new service introduction project and take corrective actions if required.
4) Product Management
Assess performance of product/service portfolio against annual operating plan; Provide direction to team on corrective action plans; Provide inputs to teams on existing product portfolios based on customer/market trends; Review pricing, cost models, promotions/discounts to ensure profitability.
5) Sales Enablement
Lead development of product go-to market strategy and plan with product positioning, target country and industry, pricing and partners; Discuss go-to market plan with Sales, Marketing and Corporate Communication; Guide team to define governance process and ensure adherence; Monitor product, process and governance training for Sales team, Solution Engineer; Provide inputs to team to extend support to Sales team incase of complex/new deals.
6) Team Development
Regularly review team structure and assess talent requirements; participate in the recruitment and selection process; conduct goal setting and performance review for the team; drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives; coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues.
