Role : Assistant Manager - Network Planning & Design

Years of Exp : 4-7

Education: Bachelors Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification

Location : Pune

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The role requires understanding of the planning scope & work plan to create Network Design Document (NDD) to support Enterprise E2E design and PON Patching, new builds/upgrades, including Aggregation Network, Carrier Ethernet Network, DWDM and transit fibre
• The SME has to follow the Design Scope as per Design work instructions & Guide lines to support on-going updates and accommodate the changes in network architecture or equipment’s as per scope.
• The SME has to understand the sketches / photos to create a new or update a existing design using  software platform and maintain all network diagrams. Also generate Network design document package including 8 to 10 deliverables that includes BOM, Hardware configurations, design diagram, floor plan, fibre patch details, active & passive components.
• Quality and KPI must be 100% for all deliverables.
• Must have ability to self-learn and understand the Training material and follow the guidelines/rules supplied in Training Document comprising of 15 to 20 modules.
• Must be proficient in creating process documents, end to end flow diagrams, and step by step work instructions for team.
• Perform Time and motion study for AHT calculations to align with the SLA targets.
• Design quality processes and ensure efficient implementation of Quality KPI and improvement matrices .
• Demonstrate ability to develop their functional competencies to generate Ideas leading to Continuous Service improvements

Skills:

• Hands-on expereince on IPAM, IPAC, Xplan,Spatial net, Metabase, APPIAN cloud
• Must have Design experience on  Nokia 7740, 7750, 7450, 7210, 7302, Infineria / Corient hiT 73XX series.
• Must have hands-on experience inventory management & Cleanup tools
• Must have proficiency on MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel).
