Job Family Descriptor

•    Sound understanding of  Avaya Blue Opt11C-81C,CS1K, M.Mail, Call pilot, Avaya Red CMS8300,G350,650, Audix, definety and Mitel products
•    Should understand Centrex and PRI as a product
•    Should have good Voice Telecom experience , VoIP technology, which include SIP & H.323 protocols, data switching products (L2 , L3 switches & routers), QoS for voice will be an added advantage.
•    1- 5 years of telecom experience in Supporting Avaya Blue (Nortel), Avaya Red, Toshiba and Mitel Epabx
•    Experience in Level 1 assurance functions.
•    Sound understanding of TELECOM, switching Technologies
•    Exposure to International  client facing functions
•    Strong understanding of Avaya Blue , Red and Mitel products
•    Should have knowledge in below range of products
    Nortel   OPTION 11-81C, CS1K, Call Pilot, 
    Avaya Red- Definity, CMS 8300, Audix, G650 gateway, Avaya Aura Unified Communication, Avaya IP office, Octel-250
    Meridian Mail, BCM50,200,400
    Mitel SX-2000
    Mitel MN3300 
    Exposure to Toshiba CIX40,100 Epabx system
•    Should have sound technical debugging skills.
•    Should have experience in remote support or on call support /telephone support. 
•    Should be capable of delivering good Customer experience /satisfaction.
