Job Description
- 1-3 years of experience in Transmission NOC service delivery and configuration management.
- Manage 24X7 Service delivery & escalation support
- Provide support, technical expertise, and management of NOC.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and follow service delivery process guideline.
- Understanding the SLA committed to the customer and aligning the team towards it.
- Technical training to team.
- Should have good knowledge on SDH/DWDM/OTN technology and troubleshooting skill.
- Hands on experience on Ciena 6500/Tejas/Infinera OEM and NMS.
