Job Description

• 1-3 years of experience in Transmission NOC service delivery and configuration management. 
• Manage 24X7 Service delivery & escalation support
• Provide support, technical expertise, and management of NOC.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and follow service delivery process guideline.
• Understanding the SLA committed to the customer and aligning the team towards it.
• Technical training to team.
• Should have good knowledge on SDH/DWDM/OTN technology and troubleshooting skill.
• Hands on experience on Ciena 6500/Tejas/Infinera OEM and NMS.
