Broad outline of the Role

Delivery Manager

• Oversee the overall operations of the network infrastructure migration
• Ensure high availability and performance of the network.
• Implement best practices and standards for network operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues.
• Lead the response and resolution efforts for major incidents impacting network services.
• Manage Team for implementation / Upgradation and support of applications and related hardware
• Evaluate upgradation requirements and requirements of the application team.
• Design upgradation strategy with minimal risk and Downtime
• Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to minimize downtime and restore services.

• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain business continuity plans for network operations.
• Identify critical network components and implement redundancy measures.

Minimum qualification & experience

• 15+ years of experience in Network and Delivery Management 
• Qualifications: BE/B Tech. MBA

• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Identify training and development needs and facilitate skill enhancement programs.
• Overall Responsibility to build the NexGen Network Practices for technologies in network and security automation
• Leading and guiding the team of consultants aligned with the Practice goals, developing and implementing services and solutions for NextGen Technologies in Network and security Automation
• Assist and validate the Solution Architecture design for NextGen Technologies like network automation
• Interact with Account teams to understand customer needs and provide positioning strategies
•  Drive technology leadership and innovation to create offerings in the areas of network and network security space
•  Engage with the field sales teams to assist in presales activities to help sell the value of Professional services Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for compliance audits.
• Implement corrective actions and recommendations to address audit findings.
• Lead and mentor a team of network Migration  professionals.
• Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

Technical Competencies

Key Skills Required

• Designing, implementing and managing network infrastructure solutions.
• Cisco ACI & Cisco Viptela designing and migration
• Strong knowledge in AWS Cloud Networking.
• Extensive experience in Checkpoint /FortiGate FortiManager & FortiAnalyser, Cisco ISE
• Understanding of Cisco WLC (VNF) , Cisco ISE and HP Aruba Wireless Platform
• Designing & Planning  CISCO/Versa/Fortiner/ Lavelle SD-WAN Routers
• Operations Experience in Network Configuration and operates  routed LAN & WAN , WiFi, DDI , Security
• Guiding team in Configuration and Troubleshooting Multiple Technologies
