Purpose - Broad objective of the role:

-To develop and lead, Business Enablement Practice, which shall be emerging product line for the business.   Business Enablement will service Customers - To enable customers to realize business opportunity in the B2B space in their markets. Practice Team will partner with such CSPs to embed key professionals in the client organizations to:\
1. Build support system for serving the markets (ex-enterprise markets). 
2. These will involve a mix of Process, Knowledge, and technology. 
3. In this partnership with customer, provide the expertise and also the execution bandwidth to the client to realize business from the market. 
4. Nurture the partner’s ecosystem to serve the market in the respective region or territories.

-Customers (ex- Carrier customers) 2. Potential partners and Strategic Alliances.

 

Minimum qualification & experience

1. Qual: Bachelors in Engineering Telecom (or) Computers + MBA (Preferable) 2. Exp: 14 -18 years of experience in a mix of Product Management/ Sales / BD / Pre-Sales/Bid Management functions with Telecom Service Providers. 3. Exp: Managing large teams across globe
