Tata Communication’s (TCL) Prime Accounts business is scouting for Inside Sales professionals for Sales Development Representative role based out of Pune. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Sales Development representatives team.
  • Setting and tracking sales targets for your team
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales process
  • You’ll be expected to manage inroads into accounts, identify their business needs, and articulate value proposition of products that solve for their needs (Internet Leased Line, MPLS /GVPN, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, SDWAN, Global SIP, etc)
  • Work on Salesforce CRM, keep up-to-date documentation and pipeline hygiene, participate in weekly forecast meetings with Sales Leadership.
  • Work closely with Cross-Functional Teams (Marketing, Solution Consulting, Busines Development, Feasibility, Commercial, Renewal and Retention, Delivery, etc)
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue & guide the team to achieve individuals targets.
  • Plan, prioritize and manage personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving ACV targets - especially managing personal time and productivity.    

Minimum qualification & experience

  • 8 -10 years of Inside Sales experience in managing Enterprise Customers.
  • Candidates with relevant Telecom Industry Experience / Cloud / SASE environment would be given a preference.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
