Role: Engineer NOC Operations
Total Experience: 3-5 years of experience
Location: Pune
Education: Graduation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Having 3-4 years of experience incident management/change management
• Provide risk analysis on major Changes.
• Ensuring all stakeholders are communicated by Change Management Team
• Ensuring to meet Customer’s Planned Event SLA
• Documentation for E2E change process and educating relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring PE success & executing PE failure analysis
• Prepare readiness report for Management.
• Capable to handle Major changes, preparing phases/ milestones etc.
• Ensuring record update after change
• Available as per shift and client requirements
• ITIL certified.
